Seriously appeals...

#1
Firstly this issue is NOT about me. It is about a Clan member in Nuada and he got banned for supposedly selling stuff for irl cash. He appealed and his response was that his account wouldn't be unbanned. I hope the way the appeals operating is some sort of joke as not sending any proof is not justifiable. How can he point out if appeals have made a mistake or if there has been a misunderstanding? Banning on suspicion should NOT be an option for any game and is totally unfair. The fact that the appeals are refusing to send proof just shows they either don't have any (and are banning on suspicion...) OR they are too ignorant to think they have made a mistake and won't take it.
Wake up appeals

Guess Virtual Realms is no Different than The Glasgow Team. Rip that trust.

I literally have $1200 saved up for double plat for past couple months, well guess I'm spending that on better things than this unstable untrustworthy game. It was bad about bans before but I assumed that was the glasgow team that got fired without warning players until it happened, but if it's still going to happen.

No thanks. I had high Hope's for this change. Let down, as usual.

If this isn't resolved for my friend, I will be gone and many others. Couple other high spenders already said they're not spending any more on plat because of this today. Good job.

This is the report that started the investigation. You can say you're "joking" all you want, but y'all are going to learn that these jokes are taken seriously. Since there is an issue with the Black Market, I'd strongly advise against making such "jokes". Especially if you have already been banned in the past for breaking the Terms of Service. No, third-party apps are not the only thing we use, but we will definitely take them into consideration when you're doing something that is a very serious offense.

Locking thread.
