Hello I’m new to this whole thing and don’t know how to get around. I’m in a bit of a bind. After the resent update to the game I haven’t now been able log in. Apparently I require a name change? When I try to log in it states “account name conflicted, change required”. If anyone can help me out I’d appreciate it.

I dont know the email that got registered to the character is there another to do this i know the user and character name please help

Ah don’t worry about it anymore. I’ve ran out of patience and am no longer interested in playing any further. It was fun while it lasted but not being able to play anymore for some unknown reason and losing all my work has burned me out. Maybe I’ll pick it up again and hopefully I’ll choose a good name.
