How do I stop my notification emails going to my junk folder? Using hotmail.

Also, why don't I receive device notifications when I have it checked in game options? A long time ago I use to get them but then they stopped.

You will want to add that email address to your Safe Sender's list or to your contacts. I don't know what email platform you use, but in Gmail you can mark items as 'Not Spam' in your junk folder to prevent future emails like those to be filtered out.

I don't know the answer to your second question, I would need to investigate it.
