I think that just waiting for their reply would be the best option... every time an account conflict comes up it is usually suggested just to email and wait for OTM/VR's response.

They take a while, i dont understand why its posted here tbh pretty sure there is a specefic forums for that.

Yeah... if you think about it there's a ton of other players with problems and need VR's help. Just be patient. They'll respond when they can, Im sure.
