Celtic Heroes

It has been a week since this npc wont let me continue the quest line after opening three of his repeatabke quests. The text states i must be lv127 to continue. I am almost 135. I recieved a response from support that did not even come close to what should have been done. And i have already sought out any prerequisites to unlock his quests. There arent any. So now i am here trying to get support to do thier job and fix the obvious glitch the npc has with me. The only way i can continue to play this game and enjoy it is if those employeed will do thier job and fix this.
