Could use some help
Stuck on the loading screen never will load after character selection
Didn't have this problem in the past so not sure why now I have Deleted and reinstalled and samething

I'd check to see if u can log into another account. Also try clearing the cache and data of the game.

Yes I've cleared both if I start another account it will load the first time then when I try to log back in stuck in the loading screen again

I'm no expert but if u can log into the game using another account then it sounds like a support issue with your main account. Only people that can help with that is support themselves, maybe they'll have to reset your account from their end but they out of the office until tomorrow.
