Auction house didn’t go through
#1So 3 of my items sold I claim the gold in mail and I check my gold I got nothing who do I msg for support most of these look new admin to me
Did this. How long does it usually take to investigate this kind of problemYou can submit a ticket in-game with the following method:
1. Click on the Menu on the top Left.
2. Click on Support located in the upper-middle section of the menu.
3. Type your issue, and be sure to include the full name of the three items that you sold, but did not receive the gold from.
Our Support Team will investigate the issue and assist you on receiving gold you are missing.
