Is there a way to contact support?
Cuz I stated in my support I have claimed the mail for sold items in auctions but gold didn’t go through my account. And the response i got you already retrieve your mail . I know that I even stated in my support ticket. It so frustrating. Honestly just tell me straight up if u can help fix the problem or not. So many of my support tickets went answered already through my years of playing.
Just let me know straight up if my missing gold from sold item in auction (mailbox) will be help or not
