I forgot the username that I had for a character. I remember the characters name, class, level, and where he is in the game. But I can’t remember the username to log in. I’ve contacted the support team already but they never responded, I was wondering if you guys could help at all, or have any suggestions

#2Did you associate an email address with the account? If so, then it shouldn’t be too hard for Support to retrieve your account. If not, then it may be trickier...your best bet is to wait for Support to reply. If all you remember is basic information that any other player on the server could know, it may be tricky for Support to confirm that you are the true owner.
