I can't log into my account as well and they won't reply

Its been 15 days sense i could log into my account. This is truely ridiculous recieving no help from support!

!!!!!!CORRECTION: ITS BEEN 33 DAYS!!!!!!

Well to be honest I'm pretty disappointed it's been 56 days that I cannot login to my account. 50 days supports been working on it answered me 5 times.. The reply from support does not help what so ever they keep giving me random steps to do. I have completed every step I'm not sure what to do at this point it's been almost 2 weeks sense last reply... I have email receipts for ridiculous amounts of Platinum Purchased. This is how I'm treated? Is there anything I can do about this? A way to speed the process? I'm not impatient but this is getting put of hand. Please help me out here.
