Account Creation - Username already in use Error!!

Good Morning all!

I tried logging into my account this morning I get this error (see attached picture). Any recommendations are welcome. I want to play

Kylorn - Rhiannan - 222 Rogue (Retired 4 years sgo)
Kylore - Rhiannan - 10 Ranger (Just started playing again due to Deca taking over!)

Looks like it's a known issue as they posted about it here.

A Dev should hopefully be able to help out.
What all have you tried?

I tried reinstalling the game with no luck.

UPDATE: I've tried everything I can possibly do on my end besides doing a factory reset on my phone. It has to be on there end. I pray they get back with me soon. I'm having Celtic Heroes withdraw, haha.
