I’ve recently been trying to get back in the game, but I have completely forgot my username or password, I’ve contacted support a while ago but have not received any updates. I am pretty sure I know the email the account is linked to which is my personal email. Is it possible if any admin / support can aid me personally as I am desperately urging to get back on my account. I will provide information required to retrieve my account.

#2Hey, if you know your username and email you can just use the reset option to reset the password.. if that doesn’t work you’ll have to email “[email protected]” in order to get your account retrieved! it usually takes about 1-2 weeks to get a response back but sometimes less than that.. just depends on the amount of tickets they been getting! hope this helps.
