Was away from the game for a while and I no longer receive in-game mail emails. Been tinkering to no avail. Tried switching email too but nothing seems to work. Would really like to receive those emails, any help?

Most likely your email address isn't registered with the game. I had the same problem when I was trying to reset my password, thought I registered it but when asking support it actually didn't register. Maybe difinitus can help u register it directly from here otherwise you might have to email support. In the meantime you should check your spam folder.
