I forgot my username, but I still have the email used to sign in
can I get my account back?

I've contacted support 2 days ago and today, but no one helped me

I've sent my email, date created, time purchased plat, player name, level and class and every other detail.

do they usually take a lot of time to reply?? I really need my main acc.

Hey there! Support usually does take a few days to reply, and since they do not work over the weekend, they can get a bit backed up at times. If you contacted them 2 days ago (Friday?) then you may not hear back under Monday or Tuesday, possibly longer if they are really backed up with other player’s tickets.
