Hey, I have a clanmate who is unable to log in.
After entering UN/PW (confirmed correct), she gets the long-loading time, unable to connect, red server list.
Uninstall, restart, update device, reinstall did not work.
Was able to log in on different device, unable to try different network connection (only able to use data for the moment), but has a decent connection (was able to delete/download the game multiple times).
Further advice appreciated, if there's anything support could do, she can provide identifying info.
Update: got it working, not sure what changed lol.
