I was having a 18x character on Fingal server 3 years ago but now I just log in and nothing there, I can not send support because it does not let me choose the support issues, what should I do ?

The issue you mentioned is already known at support

Also, make sure your account is signed into the right server. You might need to go partway through the new character creation screen to get there if it doesn’t default to the server your original character was on. Hope this helps.

I sent it. What happens with the support issues in-game? are they stop supporting the game ?
