So I was very into this game back in 2012 (I still can access my achievements from that time) and I would love to get back into it. Unfortunately, because it was such a long time ago, I have no idea what my password and username were (I have some guesses though to what my username might have been). I have my email and I definitely know the name of at least 1 character on it. In fact, in game on another account I was able to find it because I remember I played on Taranis.
I emailed support maybe a week ago to help with this issue (and I gave them a lot of specifics regarding the account, character(s) name(s), etc.) but I haven't heard back from them in some time.
So if any passing admins are strolling through, it'd be dope if I could get your help with this.

#2Hey, this section of the forums isn’t really monitored by Support Team (it says that in description) but issues like this should be addressed to [email protected] which seems like you have already done. Their usually response is 1-2 weeks but always depending on the amount of tickets they receive before yours. From what we know they answer them in first come first serve bases.
