Oh damn...

Should I send another support ticket? It's been about 3 weeks now and I still haven't gotten a refund on my character 'Life'...

So I finally got a response, turns out the item was bought on my main so I need to resend the request with the item on my main now lol.. Shoudnt be long now I should have known better :/

It really helps to make a clear title and message when entering a support request. Because the support tool is very easily accessible within the game we get many thousands of support messages which do not have any clear purpose.

A clear title really helps with this because we can then know that there is a genuine request that needs help - so for example if you titled the post: refund on 300k shield, then it should have been actioned quickly because this was set to support as being a high priority at that time of the price changes.
