Spirithealer, as usual, isn't giving you the whole story. He "bought" the use of the account by gifting it with items(the one's he wants back) that both players could use. There was a definate trade, and it was part of the "share agreement" of that Druid.
Another full story that Spirithealer neglected to tell the total truth on is that he misled the Support Staff when he submitted the Support form. He neglected to tell them that the Account in Question...the Druid Acca...was a shared account. Mainly because he wanted his stuff back and he knew that giving the whole story...that he and another player were sharing the account would just get the account disabled.
What happened is that Spirithealer entered an agreement with a well known Mage on our server to use his Druid. Spirit contributed 200k worth of lux items to the Druid and they shared it. Then suddenly he went to log in and the password was changed on him. Unsure if this was a scam or a miscommunication (the Mage is not a 1st Language English Speaker) he eventually wrote a support ticket to recover his items... But in that ticket..he neglected to tell support the correct information. He withheld info about the original owner, the trade to share the account ...all to lie so he could get his items back (hopefully).
Support investigated. Sniffed out the lie. Banned the Shared account and then Banned the Lying Account. Since this was written they have repealled the ban of the Main account. And Krypto is no longer banned.
However, you are all being lied to. And if he had just told the story honestly from the begining....then maybe people could make up their own minds...not be manipulated to a false assumption.
Spirthealer will get on here and tell you that he didn't lie, just didn't tell the whole truth.
Yeah...right.
How do you know so much about the situation...
All he did was ask for his items back, fair enough.. If they did, lucky him. If they didn't.. Well unlucky you lost your items.. But to have a main account banned too, when it's not in relation to the 'shared' account.. That sucks, and I'm sure everyone agrees.
Glad he got his main back.. Still sucks that he lost his items, but you have to expect that when sharing an account.
