Hello, like many people, I started playing this game without registering my email. Now I'm trying to do so, but don't know my password. I sent two emails over a month ago to support and have to hear a response. I posted on the forums several weeks ago, and have still yet to hear a response. Obviously I cannot use the in-game support

Yeah my brother wants to play but he can't retrieve his old password because he doesn't have an email registered.
I fear that he has given up hope and all is lost.
