Here is the problem. It doesnt help when you post on forums EVERY DAY, because who knows? maybe OTM is doing patches, doing concept art, etc. they may not have the time to get a reply back to you right now. So id cool off and wait a few days.

So they can't refund from forums? I honestly don't want Celtic to have my email... no offense to u.... All I want is my money back because I bought wrong trident... I would like an answer... Can u refrund from here or no?

Edit: You are really contradicting yourself. And if you are not afraid of the email address registered under CH forums, why cant it be used on CH game itself on Support. You are really creating much more effort for yourself and support.

Makes no sense to me either, he's been told that if he doesn't want to give out his real email address, it takes 5 minutes to make a new 'spam' email address, then two minutes to register that, then 10 minutes to get his refund.
So he's waiting days instead of minutes for his refund.
Silly mistake if you ask me.

You need to register an email address to use these forums anyway. What's the logic behind that? Why was that not a problem - you'd rather register your email to do it via the forums but don't want to register your email on the app?

Sent request to support using ingame support tool... Still havent got my refund... Shouldn't take a week to refund 1 simple item... This is crap and really starting to piss me off... Sorry for the harsh words but it is!

Well you sent a forum post refusing to use the support tool on the 4th October, and it's now the 7th. Considering OTM don't work on weekends, that's only a day!

Just be sure you are clear in your support ticket

snipe, they get so many support requests and deal with them in the order they get them, so a week isnt actually that long, and they usually at least respond within 3 days (not weekends)
