Here are rules to prevent scamming:
1. Do not trust anyone with stuff even if they ask you to lend them items that includes friends, familly etc.
2. Read the items as soon as someone places something in the trade screen or read the chat.
3. Check how much gold they put
4. If someone says "Give me 1000 gold and I'll help you" they are scammers
I follow these rules and never got scammed.

#15Since this situation cannot be resolved can you at least change the icon for super and regular elexirs? This can help in the future for more scams like this situation.The Support Team will be unable to do anything in this situation.
All trades are final, and they are the full responsibility of the users involved. There are several checks and messages in place to ensure that a player is happy with a trade before the trade is completed.
If you have an issue with the trade you will have to take it up with the player who you traded up, and not the Support Team.
