ok it went black the turned back on right away like it was starting up not like it was locked is this right or should it be like dfu modE?

If you can log in using a different character please use that character to send the Support Team a ticket using the in-game support tool.

They can then take a look at the issue for you.

i have already said i cant send in a request because when i log on my ping is 25-30 for a few seconds nothing loads then my ping goes up i have tried sending in request but by the time i have it typed my ping is 20k and it wont send
