Been doing that for a while now...none of my mails have gotten a single reply...and i havent spammed them...think i may as well stop trying and just play my alt

I got this from the policies:
"If you are appealing an account which has been disabled a 2nd time because of repeated breaches of in-game policies, your appeal will be disregarded, and your account will not be enabled."

Repeated breches as in doing the same thing again? Cause thats not the case with me "-"

What I don't get is why the other person's account was unbanned...this was his second time too...

I was really persistent when my account was banned. I sent them messages every 1-2 weeks until they unbanned me.

i've been going though the run-around with there support team also. My account has been banned since early July. I messaged them and it usually would take 2 weeks to get a response. Other times it was shorter. A lot of the times they would fail to answer questions. This would result in me having to email them and wait once again a ridiculous amount of time. Each time they would give me another reason I was banned, because the previous accusations were false. Anyway, the last time i replied back to them was August 11. I didn't receive an answer. I resent a new reply August 27. Getting your account unbanned seems more troublesome then even bothering with it. Well good luck to you on trying to get your account unbanned, because you will need it.

Ur problem sounds just like my friends. He mailed appeals and each time they gave him a different reason as to why his acc was banned. He gave up after a while and it seems as if im going to give up too. I just cant deal with appeals now. I knoe they are human too, but they should have common sense too... Honostly they should at least look at the appeal before deciding to send message that confuse their players... Ive never found appeals to be helpful to me or any of my friends... All they've done is drive us in circles

The appeals process can be rather difficult, however if it is taking you more than 2 weeks then this suggests that some emails have gone amiss or that that case may be difficult.
