Im quite pissed with OTM. You are saying you have no log or evidence of missing items being in my bank account and my main? Wth!! I didnt play ch for awhile. How would i know when i last logged in? Im telling you, i didnt sell any of my items. Its either in my main shannon or shansbank. Please fix this and gimme back my items

You know OTM can see anything you did on account and if you had it handnt blue coven.

Yeah they better see that i have a blue coven hat. And its missing. Dont say i got hacked. I didnt lose my sultan carpet and white mask of lugh.

Issues to do with lost items ect are best dealt with by sending tickets into the support team via the in-game support menu.
