Darkshadow Wana know something? If you keep crying nothing will happen faster.
1. You stole from company. Not metter home much because you might made 5 accounts and did it. You could have your device banned from CH be happy you can play the game.
2. OTM has all rights on disabling your account because in policies it sais if person will be found on scamming will have their account disabled.
Also OTM sais:
1. All things that happen on account is your responsibility so there is nothing else you can do about it. You scammed from OTM... When you email them they can...
1. Give you account back. If they see that you don't something bad like in this case stole OTM's money.
2. They can reject your appeal and don't give your account back.

Also in policies they have said it clearly. If you will send more then 1 email about same issue to them they have rights to disregard your email or other way(skip it/delete it).
I can easy tell you that you have send email to
appeals more then ones in past days when OTM was off on their vocations.

There is other things that I can show you that you wrong if you want to start argument with me.

So logicly OTM Allready said everything in policies just read it for yourself.

If your actually smart u would see that i or anybody who did the vids really didnt steal anything from a company by doing something they basically told us to do. They never said its a glitch or give out a warning Saying unfathomable... So the first thing that comes on our screen is to check out the plat offers and when i do, it shows many plat vids...They told us to check the offers and when we do, then they disabled our accounts without a warning when we really has nothing to do with it. we just did what was recommended. And when we ask them questions about our accounts they tell us to send to appeals and appeals never replies.
Also, u really cant "easy tell me that i have sent more than one email to appeals when OTM was on vacation" cuz i only sent 2 emails and one was at the start of december and other was 2 weeks after that.
And this topic is about the question i asked in the last sentence of my first quote.

In my honest opinion OTM really needs to own up and stop passing the buck on this one, it is their fault the system is being taken advantage of and I sorry if you don't agree but that's the way it is.

1) They have yet to put out a warning as to exactly what the NativeX glitch is, hell, I had to whisper someone to explain to me what is was as to not get accidentally banned.... If you're gonna ban players, paying players too mind you, then give them a clear cut, reasonable reason why they've broken the ToS, if you have to infer the rules-- then the rules aren't written well enough and need to be amended to reflect the current issues... Or at the very least tell everyone publicly that there is an issue, detail how it works, and ensure that if anyone is caught doing this: they will be banned. will some people still try it? Of course, because they're stupid.

2) they know the issue is with NativeX itself... they have the option to decline Payment from NativeX until such a time when the service does not have issues they consider to be easily able to break the ToS, they quite literally are taking payment to break their own game, in the smallest sense-- but come on... you're better than that...
And yes, NativeX pays them cash, that's the only reason they even deal with the headache, a fast buck.

3) they're holding their consumers, most of whom are most likely the age of 10-17, responsible for abusing faulty systems they implement... They're giving children a red button that spits out dollar bills that says Do Not Press-- and expecting things to just sort themselves out.


Yes I do believe some responsibility to a lesser extent also lies in the player, but without a ton of information to go on-- if any-- the responsibilities lessen and lessen on their part, besides... People are stupid, don't just assume they'll make the right choice, assume the opposite and work accordingly.

As it has been said earlier we have two weeks of messages to answer due to the holiday break. Please be patient as all messages are answered as soon as possible.

Also if you're waiting to hear from Appeals they usually will take longer as each player's case needs to be investigated to make sure of the reason for the ban. As far as I'm aware all accounts that were banned due to the latest Native X glitch were reactivated. If you're still not able to log in feel free to PM me here and I'll take a look.
