Another comment to Admin. Sometimes purchases do go through, but because if connectivity the platinum doesn't appear right away. What you can try is connecting to a new network and maybe that will help solve your issue.

In the case the game doesn't let you buy platinum, you have to contact Apple Support and they allow in app purchases for your account (you only need to do this, when updating your details to a new Credit apple, or updating from a voucher account to a Credit apple Account)

Hi there, everything is fully logged during the purchase process so you shouldn't have any worries about losing your platinum. The support team is all back on the 5th January and will be able to sort out your issue. Sorry you've had trouble with this. Platinum issues are very rare and normally due to either connectivity issues between your device and the Apple server (somehow the connection is being blocked), or a device issue or a block on your account from purchasing by Apple. However all these issues are resolvable and hopefully you will have your plat soon.

yep. lol this isnt valid at all. they make new engines new updates and new events so people keep coming back for more. more playing=more addiction=more plat=more money for OTM. they are a buisness and the main goal of any buisness is to make money. thats fine but you have to be honest and helpful for a company to be successfull. For all they know i could go and tell everyone i know how much celtic heroes sucks and convince people not to play or quit, and then they tell their friends, and so forth. Eventually it will bite them in the butt.

But if you are saying that they come out new content sinply because they care about me having fun, is not anywhere close to true.

Yeah it sucks when OTM takes money from you and doesn't give you the product you purchased. I had the exact same problemthat you had about two weeks ago. I tried everything that they offered nothing worked and in the end they stopped replying to me telling me first off to contact Apple support. I also found out a little irritating that out after contact Apple support for one of their problems. But at the same time I contacted Apple support and within three days Apple support contacted me back and give me my full refund. So that's what I highly suggest you do just contact Apple support and let them solve it.

They did the same for me i contacted them try didn't even care and they were saying they never recieved payment seen though i have full proof of everything i only got back $65 out of $190 i sent them a picture of the purchases and apparently it was cropped down so try couldn't do anything about it i them said i could send them a computer screenshot no reply......

They are quite rare, if you factor in the total number of players, and the number of players that buy platinum.

There is plenty of other topics about plat problems on this section of the forums. I seen about 4 or 5 on the first page. I counted about 9-10 people with this problem.

I think it's been over 6 months and they deny it or stop replying when i contact them do you think I'll still get it? The also said i have tried numerous times to hack the game.....

lol exactly. Plus releasing a new engine or even adding updates literally means nothing to the game if they refuse to fix numerous problems already mentioned countless times with existing parts of the game. All these things do is benefit them as a business as Josephine stated, it gives them a better visual appeal for newer and existing players to want to play the game and allow for more vertical content (as always) to continue on the endless grind and for them to just continue banking on money/plat
