Who cares? Is he doing any damage to anyone? No. Quit acting like you're being wronged by someone else's name, it's none of your business and unless they're harassing or damaging anything or someone. Then you don't need to worry about it.

Its the same as naming yourself jesus, will some christians be bothered for using the name in vain but is there anything wrong with it? No, unless it is being used negatively
