I think otm should just let whoever use whoever acct and then when someone complains that their gear got 'scammed', sold off, or stolen, otm can send them a tissue to cry their little hearts out.

I think otm should allow account sharing. If there's a problem on the account, it's the users fault. Otm bans shared accounts simply because if there's a problem on the account they can't reimburse. But that is the users problem. If a account does something bad, ban it. Doesn't matter how many players have access.

Yeah that's what I'm saying^^ It's like how they deal with scams. It was the users own fault, just don't lend anyone just like you shouldn't share information. Both are the users fault so shouldn't they be treated the same?

That's how they deal with them, by not dealing with them lol. That's why I'm saying like they should deal with sharing accounts in the same manner since it's the users fault.

Sad part is that support more focused on things that don't matter over the things that does. Like what's a big deal if you and your brother share accounts. What's the big deal... And OTM will spend time trying to figure out and ban it.

And then there is scammers.. They do it over and over again and since there is "not enough prof they keep on playing".. Justice is not there

"Not enough proof" haha I've seen in that pm a few times. Somehow a ss of his motive for scamming me- and get this- in another ss I sent he ADMITTED to scamming me.

Please read over the link posted above. It clearly states the reasoning as to why the sharing of accounts is not allowed.
This does not take much time away from other activites that support need to deal with. We deal with tickets and emails daily and some of these can be rather complex and take more times than others.
Mulder and I also help one another with the world load - so please do not worry about shared accounts stealing away our focus

Regarding scammers - many people HAVE received bans for being involved in the act of scamming.
Players however are required to have some level of responsibility regarding their accounts and the items on their accounts. We cannot get involved with trades and we cannot return items lost due to account details being shared.
