It says file size too large but I log in, go past character creation. When I'm about to accept changes I see the blue button for the server. I click on it scroll down to Crom and it says 0 out of 2 and when I click on it nothing happens besides it changing the server for the new character.

When you are on the main screen does your username appear in the bottom left box? Just to ensure you have correctly signed into your account.

File size too large may be causing issues with the app reading your client data, freeing up some space on your device would be advised.

Yes it says my username in the bottom box and I reset password again to make sure I was logged in.

I'll attempt to sign into the account and test there are no issues.

Character is on the account Just had to select it then go back to main screen.

If you login now, select the server then go back to main screen your character will show.

I tried that a few times and It won't show when I tap Crom and back to the main menu. Is there a specific procedure that you could send me a few photos to follow?

I've signed in as your character now, if you force close the app and restart it should be your last selected character.

Or alternatively make a character on Crom then return to character select.

I tested on my second account and I understand what you mean by choosing a different server but the problem is it still says zero out of two so it won't show the character. Should I try on a different device?

If you go on Crom then hit back a few times your character should show assuming you have force closed the app.

Alternatively make a character on Crom then return to character select, both should then show.
