Muldar I hate to be a noob on forums but I've lost my account too, one of my friends dropped my old iPhone in water and I lost everything on it including Celtic heroes. So when I got my new IPhone i can't remember the username and password to my old account so I made this new one and the main character is named SpicyBFM (Steam name). And I kept asking around trying to figure out how to get my account back, but someone named Shagrath Layfes told me to come to forums and ask you, I've tried mailing OTM 3 times and they have not replied or if they did I have not received them yet; I'm so nervous I'll never get my old account back ;( please help

Well...this is....just so you are aware the purchasing of accounts is against our TOS...we actually ban people for buying accounts.

Which inbox did you mail? I can't see anything in [email protected] with the keyword "SpicyBFM"

If you contact them with as much of the following information as possible they can assist you in recovering the details:

• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
