So as it turns out several people are now receiving bans over the day this hacking/exploiting thing... Sounds very similar to June 2016 when half the server for mistakenly banned. Started with a few and as the day went on several started losing their accounts

We have added a number of safety measures to the Support Tool to ensure that is no longer possible.

Players who have received notification of banning due to "Hacking/Exploiting" will be required to contact our appeals team.

24 hours without my char for something i'm completely unaware of i gotta say im a wee bit disappointed Muldar.

I've already tried asking to no response but is there a time frame at the moment for how long responses to appeals are taking?

Hey Muldar so you've mistakenly banned me on Thursday and we're now on Monday... Is today the day I get my char back? Also will i get an explanation as to what happened here? In 6 years this is the sickest thing to happen. Hope to hear back
