We've had a look at the server logs but found nothing out of the ordinary, it appears as just a normal disconnect on our side which could mean it is related to your ISP or router.

Do you have the same issue on other data connections?

No mobile data works fine. But WiFi from any other place doesn’t work at all

This is the only game I am facing problems with WiFi. Other mmo games are working fine
