Its been over a year since my last login but I know I have the right password and username. My character is REMOVED and it keeps saying conflict

After my old tablet crashed I can't login on my new tablet. It keeps saying 'username password incorrect.' My old account must be DarkSoul014 or 14, don't exactly remember. I just started so low lvl. I tried creating a new account (Sephiroth14) but get the same error. I don't mind loosing my 1st character as I just want to play this game, please help
