Oh yeah leilo. One thing why I buy plat 5 days ago. Because sigils were still on sale, that was the sole reason for me buying 49.99 bucks of plat now is even worse sigils are NOT for sale now. I feel so cheated.

I feel your frustration, because I haven't even had a reply from the support team yet on the situation...

Why would you expect to get a reply from support? It takes at least 3 months to get a refund of a Plat buy. (Sarcasm)

How much longer do I have to wait...for at least a reply from support. I mean I understand its busy because of update, but I put in a ticket nearly 3 weeks ago!

Since April 26 I have been awaiting MY platinum that I purchased using MY hard earned money...roughly 5 days ago I received a pointless in game response asking me to use a different wifi...as if I haven't already tried that...I've used countless different wifi locations. Afterwards I've sent another response/email with no avail!

They did the exact same thing to me, and i was really annoyed. I've been going four weeks on this issue. Support has to take money buyers a bit more seriously

OTM seems to not care about their customers... Looks like i'll never be buying plat ever again...
