Yeah you've gotta remember they close up shop like hopefully everyone else here for Christmas, festivus, the holidays, whatever you wanna call it--
They are working their hardest around this time of year as they have a ton of support tickets wrote in while they're away, this means when they get back they have tons of work pre-piled up for them.
While I'm sure they try their best at sorting through them as fast as possible, they do take some time to deal with, but I'd rather they take their time and put quality over quantity.
