With regards to trades and scams, whilst we do say that all trades are final we do not tolerate scamming. If you have been scammed then please report the player in question to the Support Team using the in-game tool. The Support Team can then investigate the situation and take the necessary action, whether that be a message, a warning, or disabling the account in question.
Using the support tool is the most effective way of reporting a scammer, as it allows the Support Team to directly investigate the individual in question.
