Anyone know how long it’s takes for support to reply? I accidentally dropped my bow of four winds which I need to get met bow and frozen met.

Support is usually a little backed up...depending on how many tickets have been coming in recently, it may be up to a couple days before they reply. I think they may be staying pretty caught up though, since there haven't been too many upset people spamming the forums about not hearing back from Support

If you just sent the ticket in today, there's a fairly decent chance you will hear back from them before the weekend, unless there was a massive influx in tickets recently. Support isn't in the office over the weekend, so if they aren't able to respond by end of day Friday, you will need to wait until early next week
