Trying to get a response for my unban request

Hi, I sent in an unban request (I was wrongly banned) on April 28th, got a response on may 3rd asking for my game info (time started, username, stuff like that) and I sent the response with the correct information, and I'm still waiting for a response, and I'm upset because I really want to play on my account again, I put a lot of time and money into it. If someone could help me push it through that would be great, thanks so much. If this isn't the right subforum I'm sorry as well.
