Trying to log into my account after 5 or 6 years of inactivity. Got message saying account conflicted pw and email support is not very useful. Replied back and forth a few times over the past month and it's getting nowhere. Any other way to reclaim my account, or should I start playing a different game and dump some money into it?

you gotta email “[email protected]” to get that fixed. They will obviously ask you basic questions about the account so that way you can prove that it’s yours.

I did that multiple times. Takes them a week to get back to each email I reply to. Customer support is horrible for this game.
