Didn’t receive platinum

Yesterday I bought 100$ worth of platinum then received a message server was unable to verify purchase but they still took the money out of my bank account and I tried using the ingame support but it’s telling me my password is wrong when I try to register my email so I sent them a message through their email so far with no reply back.

So they took my money now it could be weeks before I even hear anything? Almost like being robbed.

You sent an email to support yesterday, so you haven't exceeded our normal response time. I apologize that you haven't received a response as fast as you would like, but please be patient and they will assist you with registering your email and look into the missing platinum that you purchased.

As long as I either get my money returned or my platinum I’ll be fine. I have proof showing I purchased it and the money being taken from my bank account.
