account issues

I took a break from the game and when I decided to start playing again I went to sign in and received an “account conflict pw” notification. I have the current username and password, but had never registered an email is there anyway I could fix this issue?

Contact [email protected] with the account username, and they will be able to deconflict the account. However, it may be a few days before they get to your ticket, depending on how far behind they are in the current support ticket queue.

Hello,
I took a long break from this game and I came back and forgot my password. However, I have no email registered and want my account back. Is there anything i can do???

You can contact [email protected]. Give them the account username, and include as much information about the characters on the account as you can remember. Stuff like character class/name/levels/server helps, as well as any platinum purchases you might have made (check back through your purchase history on the App Store and Play Store).

It may take them a few days to get back with you, Support is usually a few days behind on tickets due to how many come in regularly. Don't worry though, they will get back with you.
