Shoot an email to [email protected] with the account username and they will help ya out. It should be an easy fix, but it may be a few days before you hear back from them if they are still backed up on tickets.


The side effects from the cross-platform update still surface years later lol.

I have the same problem. Sent an email 3 days back still no reply
They should find a way to remove the conflict for all accounts rather than doing it individually.

Theoretically they might be able to, but then the issue might be that people won’t know their new usernames, so then players would still have to email Support again and wait, and in the end nothing changes.
