Account Logging Issues

Hello, since last 2-3 days, I've been facing some issues logging into my account. It occured when I was changing leystone from Arena to Tavern. My account always show it's in tavern but when it is checked in area list of tavern, that toon isn't there.
A clannie told me it's possibly glitch.
I tried mailing to support through other acc ingame and sent email too. So it would be huge help if the developers look for this glitch and solves it.
