I am stuck on the loading game screen all morning. A clansmen stated that it maybe because I have an extra toon and one needs to be deleted for me to log. Could a dev please reach out to me? Thank you.

You shouldn't be able to make more characters than you have space for. The only case I can think of where this may be an issue is if you bought plat, bought a hotbar slot, made a character, then refunded the plat, which refunded the hotbar slot, and glitched the account. However, I don't know if that's the case. I'm not sure how refunds go with Apple/VR, or if this is even a possibility. (if you haven't done any of those, then it's definitely not the case).

Have you tried restarting your device and/or uninstalling then reinstalling the app already?

In order to keep the line of tickets intact, Support won't be able to reach out to you first. In order to report your issue, you will need to email [email protected] with the issue - that may take a few days for them to get back with you though.
