I’m writing this message after I’ve went thru the proper channels of asking support for help and doing what they requested., it has been 3 days and I haven’t heard a reply as of yet, and I’m wondering if I’m ever gonna get my account back

Account is -Moonlion- (181) Druid on server: Morrigan, with 2 lvl 100+ alts ranger and mage,
I quit for about a year and 3 months, and I forgot my password and account name so I can’t even try to get back,
I have pictures of trades as proof, and information only I would know I’m just wondering if I should move on and lose 2 years of work and quit? Or will I get my account back
