I’ve recently been trying to get back in the game, but I have completely forgot my username or password, I’ve contacted support a while ago but have not received any updates. I am pretty sure I know the email the account is linked to which is my personal email. Is it possible if any admin / support can aid me personally as I am desperately urging to get back on my account. I will provide information required to retrieve my account.

Hey, if you know your username and email you can just use the reset option to reset the password.. if that doesn’t work you’ll have to email “[email protected]” in order to get your account retrieved! it usually takes about 1-2 weeks to get a response back but sometimes less than that.. just depends on the amount of tickets they been getting! hope this helps.
