As I had searched some things about password recover. I have seen that there are things which the support needs and I have sent those details in a mail. If anyone would be kind enough and let me know if any development is possible in this issue. Please let me know.

I am facing the same issue. Contacted support 4 days ago but still no reply. Please if anyone in the support team can read this, help us.
