Cant login and glitchy character before not being able to login , character would drop off the server randomly and often and now i cant login at all my charcter/ account is lord kaloru

I also cant ever since they took away double plat I get charter I'd already exist or some bs support hasn't helped me at all threw email

You contacted [email protected], correct? It may take some time for them to get to your ticket due to the number of other people contacting them for various reasons, but they usually respond within a few days. Have you tried logging into a different account? Or uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

Ya I sent support an email about a week ago I havent heard anything back and yes I reinstalled app many times
If I log into my alt on normal log in it works fine
