Forgot username and password

I have forgotten my user name and password in the game “celtic hero’s” I have posted this issue “locked out” I have also emailed
[email protected] site for help and I have had no reply. Please can some one help me. As I am new to the game and find it confusing getting around the forum, and trying to get back into game .

If you just contacted Support on Sunday, it is possible that they are slightly behind on support tickets, and haven’t quite gotten to your issue yet - however, I’d assume they should be able to get to it before the end of the week.
Sorry to hear that you are running into this issue when you are so new to the game! I hope it works out quickly.
